President / CEO

Mr. Brown is the firm's CEO and is responsible for oversight of all operations undertaken by American Acquisition Group. He has 18 years experience in the right of way/eminent domain field and is qualified as an Acquisition/Relocation Project Manager for Department's of Transportation throughout the nation, with particular experience in Florida, Texas, Virginia, Illinois, Georgia and Alabama, as well as local municipalities throughout Florida. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (BK588837) Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker (0519458), Licensed Alabama Real Estate Broker (94881-0) and State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ3191) in the State of Florida, he is qualified to perform and manage residential and commercial relocation activities under CFR 49, Part 24 (The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970, as amended). Mr. Brown is a senior member of the IRWA, certified in Relocation Assistance and Negotiation Acquisitions by the IRWA, Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and current Vice Chairman of the Right of Way Consultants Council, a national organization.
